Understanding billing for Upsell Popup

Plan options
Our app offers four flexible plans designed to grow alongside your store. Every plan includes unlimited views, orders and offers, plus full access to all features. All pricing is in USD, and your app fees are outlined in the billing agreement you accept when installing the app.

How generated additional revenue is calculated
The term generated additional revenue refers to the extra revenue your store earns directly from the offers created and enabled in the app.
For example, if a customer is browsing your store and the app shows them an offer to add an item to their cart, any accepted upsell that leads to a purchase counts toward this value.
What happens if you exceed your plan’s revenue limit
If your store exceeds the revenue limit of your current plan:
- Your offers will be temporarily paused
- You’ll receive an email notification as you’re approaching the limit
- You can upgrade to continue generating revenue without interruption
- You can also wait until the first of the next month, when your counter resets
Switching between plans
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and there’s no penalty for switching. To switch your plan go to Upsell Pop Up App > Plans in Shopify.

When billing occurs
Your monthly app charges appear on your regular Shopify bill. All billing is handled securely through Shopify, so there’s nothing additional you need to manage. For more information about Shopify App charges watch the App Charges Explained video.
Canceling your plan
You can cancel anytime:
- If you’re on a trial, you’ll still have access to all features until the trial ends
- If you’re on a paid subscription, you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing cycle
What happens to your data if you downgrade or cancel
Your app data remains intact even if you change plans or cancel. Nothing is deleted, so you can return at any time without losing your setup or results.
Do you offer annual plans
Not at the moment, but annual plans may be offered in the future.
