Create your first pop-up to show a targeted upsell, cross-sell, or discount offer on your store. This helps you increase average order value, guide customers to relevant products, and make your offers more visible at the right moment.

Before you start
Check that:
- Upsell PopUp by Jumi is installed and active.
- Your products and collections are set up in Shopify.
- You have a clear goal for your popup, such as:
- Increasing cart value
- Promoting complementary products
- Driving conversions with a discount
Steps to create your first pop-up
- Open Upsell PopUp by Jumi in Shopify.
- Click Create Offer.
- Choose the Offer Type you want to create: Add extra products offer
- Add extra products offer. This adds additional products to cart for Upsell, Cross-sell and Discount offers
- Upgrade product offer. This replaces the product that was originally added to the cart.
- Select the products, collections, or conditions for your offer.
- Set when the popup should appear using triggers and display rules.
- Customise the content and design to match your store.
- Preview your pop-up.
- Click Save.
- Turn the popup on.
