Exclude unlisted products from the upsell popup

Control which products appear in your upsell offers by excluding unlisted products. This helps you avoid showing draft or hidden items to customers and keeps your offers clean and relevant, improving trust and conversion rates.

Before you start

• You have created or are editing an Upsell Popup offer
• Your store may contain unlisted (hidden or draft) products
• You are using the All products option under Cross-sell products

Steps

1. Go to your Upsell Popup offer in the Jumi app
2. Scroll down to Cross-sell products
3. Select All products (if not already selected)
4. Check the box Exclude unlisted products
5. Save your changes

Best practices

• Use this setting if your store includes draft, seasonal, or internal products that should not be visible to customers
• Keep it enabled for most stores to ensure only purchasable products appear in offers
• Combine this with Max products to offer to keep your popup focused and not overwhelming
• If you rely on curated selections, consider using Specific products or Specific collection instead

Troubleshooting

• Unlisted products are still showing

Check that the Exclude unlisted products checkbox is enabled and saved

• Expected products are missing

Confirm those products are set to active in Shopify and not marked as unlisted

• No products appear in the popup

Check that you have enough active products available after exclusions
